From Idea to Shelf: Inside Our Private Label Process
A look behind the doors of our GMP-certified facility — how brands go from a concept call to retail-ready products in five steps.

Every brand we manufacture starts the same way: a conversation about who the product is for and what it must do. From there, our R&D chemists translate the brief into candidate formulas, drawing on a library of more than a thousand proven bases.
Sampling rounds follow — typically two to three — until texture, scent and performance are exactly right. In parallel, our packaging team sources components and our design studio develops the visual identity, from label artwork to outer cartons.
Manufacturing happens under GMP and ISO 22716 certification, with batch documentation and stability testing as standard. Most projects move from signed formula to dispatched goods in eight to twelve weeks.
The final step is logistics: we ship to more than fifty countries and prepare full export documentation, so a brand founded in one market can launch in five.
