We ship worldwide from Konya. Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days; delivery typically takes 2–4 days within Türkiye, 3–7 days across Europe and the Gulf, and 5–10 days elsewhere. Orders over $100 ship free.
Yes — across the entire catalogue. We do not test on animals at any stage and we do not work with suppliers who do.
Every formula is dermatologically tested. Products built around stronger actives (Retinol, Salicylic Acid, Vitamin C) include usage guidance for sensitive skin — introduce them gradually and always patch test first.
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products can be returned if faulty or damaged in transit — contact us with photos and we will resolve it quickly.
Cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Vitamin C serums keep best below 25°C; you may refrigerate them after opening. Use products within the period-after-opening (PAO) shown on each label.

Absolutely. Our private label service covers formula development, packaging, design and GMP-certified manufacturing, starting from 1,000 units per SKU. See the Private Label page for the full process.
