Every order leaves our Konya facility within 1–2 business days, packed with care.
Delivery times
Türkiye: 2–4 business days. Europe & the Gulf: 3–7 business days. Rest of world: 5–10 business days. Timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary during sale periods and customs processing.
Shipping costs
Orders over $100 ship free worldwide. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, starting from $9.90.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel ships.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient. We mark all parcels accurately and include the required export documentation.
