Returns & Refunds
If something is not right, we make it right — simply and quickly.
14-day returns
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorisation and the correct address.
Damaged or faulty items
If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full — including shipping.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return passing inspection. We will confirm by email at every step.
